| Do remember that running these 1-Mile Dashes earn you half a point in the Achilles Brian Bands Participation League (a max of 3 x 1-Mile Dashes count). See how close to that magical 4-minute mile you can get and remember these short distance speed sessions do a lot to sharpen up you pace for the longer races. All clubs welcome. |
